He and the healthcare endeavors he has been involved with have been nationally recognized by the International Council on Active Aging (ICAA), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Stanford University, Arizona State University, the City of Scottsdale and other groups.

Matt was named one of the top entrepreneurs in Arizona in 2007, and has been the focus of numerous editorials over his career for his dedication and passion for improving senior healthcare.
