Gilsbar Coach is a new communication and member engagement tool built to enrich Population Health Management program engagement and performance.
Gilsbar Coach enables quick and secure clinical messaging and sharing of data with members participating in one of our Population Health Management or Wellness programs. This new messaging system is personalized and interactive, referencing the member’s individual health goals, status, and allows coaches or nurses to collaborate with members on actionable next steps to healthy living.
Ensuring our members receive the greatest possible care is our priority. Using communication channels familiar to the member that promote a collaborative care plan guarantees greater success in our efforts to build better outcomes and reduce overall costs for both employers and employees.
This collaborative tool allows the member and clinician to coordinate schedules for a direct meeting without sacrificing timely, practical and high-quality clinical assistance. We know the clinical care plans offered through Gilsbar Coach distinguish our program from other app or messaging tools.
