Open Rate

Open rate is the best way to evaluate how well your client is
engaging with your program. Here are some details on how it works.

Open Rate shows you what percentage of cards delivered in the specified timeframe (7 or 30 days) were opened.

A green or red arrow will appear to the right indicating an increase or decrease in the percentage of opened cards as compared with the previous 7 or 30 days respectively.

Important details at a glance.

If a card has been opened the first detail will be an eye symbol and the time it was last opened.

Next are assignment details which will be in color when the assignment is still active otherwise these details will be gray.

The last detail tells you who the card was assigned to.

Cards assigned to repeat only count once in each open rate.

For example, if a client's program only consists of a single card that repeats daily, and that card was opened once in the last 7 days, the 7 Day Open Rate will be 100%.
