  • Individualize and expand the use of the Nudge App ONLY if the client shows clear readiness and willingness to do more.
  • ONLY have clients tap in items that will 'HELP YOU HELP THEM'.


How To Incorporate Wearables

( 2 )  given one as part of the program 

( 3 )  directed which device to purchase and from where

( 4 )  or loaned one with the option to buy
